1950s high waisted equestrian black skirt
flouncy high waisted skirt featured a buttoned yoke with gathers for fullness. there’s some natural sun fading to the fabric that i think adds to the character of the skirt. frayed hem. this skirt has an amazing natural flounce to it. metal zipper.
